Price of hotel rooms
Due to the great demand there are no places in the Warsaw Plaza Hotel hotel (Conference venue).
We offer the ibis Styles Warszawa Airport hotel, located only 400 m from the venue (5 minutes by walk).

The reservation and cost of rooms is the responsibility of the Participants themselves.
Reservations can be made by sending an e-mail to the hotel’s dedicated e-mail address provided after the registration process.
Special prices for participants are guaranteed under the slogan which you got after registration.
– Single room (Queen type) with breakfast for PLN 280 gross per day
– Double room (Twin) with breakfast for PLN 320 gross per day
Parking costs PLN 40 gross per day per car.
